Exhibitor Registration

Thank you for your interest in the Port of San Diego Day At The Docks™.  Exhibitors are invited to participate on the basis that they fit with our sportfishing and marine theme, would be of interest to festival attendees and with care to balance the  number and types of exhibitors on site. We want all of our exhibitor participants to have a productive show.

Exhibitor Registration has been set up to be done on-line.  It should make the process easier and keeps all your information stored in one place!  Creating an account on EventHub is easy to do and easy to use.

To register for Port of San Diego Day At The Docks™ 2024, follow these steps:

  1. Click this link to go to our Showcase Page on EventHub:
    https://eventhub.net/events/Port-of-San-Diego-Day-At-The-Docks-2024_5377.
  2. Add your type Booth Event Space to your cart from the Registration Box on the left hand side and click the “Proceed to Checkout” button. If you have booth needs that are not covered in the registration, please drop us a line and we can make changes to accommodate you.
  3. You will be prompted to create an account or log-in if you have previously created an EventHub account. Then, you can continue through checkout!
  4. At checkout, you will be able to purchase add-ons, canopy, rentals, electricity, etc., complete your profile application and lastly select your preferred payment method (check or credit card).
  5. Submit your order! Note: If you opted for credit card payment, your payment will be placed on hold and will not get processed until we approve your order. If you are paying by check, we will notify that your order has been approved and you can put the check in the mail.
  6. You will be notified once your order is approved and your will be able to make a payment and submit required documents.

You will have access to download/print your invoice or receipt, access documents, send us messages, and other logistics leading up to the event.

Be sure to bookmark EventHub.net and save your log-in (username and password) to your browser to easily be able to revisit your orders and complete next steps!

Once your order is approved, you will receive an email from us and you can then make a payment, upload any required documents, access your invoice, send us messages, and view your order all from your account Summary.
