Where Can I Park?
Paid parking is available through three separate lots in the vicinity. There is one lot located on Scott Street with entrances directly in front of H&M Landing and further down Scott Street towards North Harbor Drive. There are two additional lots accessible via North Harbor Drive. All three lots are are prepaid by license plate.
Please read parking signs carefully for parking rates, time limitations or reserved use. Rates at prepaid parking areas vary. Several areas of the Harbor Drive parking lots are reserved for restaurant, marina or tenant use only.
Driving Directions
Going South on Interstate 5 from Los Angeles
Once in San Diego, exit at Rosecrans. Take Rosecrans 2.5 miles (in the only direction you can go once you exit the freeway) follow to Emerson Street (small street sign) and turn left (at the US Bank building and Jack in the box). Continue on Emerson past Scott Street. There is an entrance to the parkinglot at the end of Emerson Street
From Chula Vista or South of Downtown Take Highway 5 North
Exit at Hawthorn. Take Hawthorn down to the Bay, turn right onto Harbor Drive. Go pass the Airport, over a small bridge. Turn left on Scott Street. At Emerson Street turn left and enter the parking lot.
From Phoenix, El Cajon, La Mesa, Mission Valley
Take Interstate 8 west, Exit at Rosecrans where Interstate 5 meets Interstate 8, Follow Rosecrans 2.5 miles … (see above directions from LA)
DAY AT THE DOCKS PARKING
ON SHELTER ISLAND
Parking is at a premium around the Landings during Day At The Docks. But don’t worry, there’s plenty of FREE parking on Shelter Island. Sun Diego buses will be running all day providing FREE shuttle service from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM to and from the festival. Look for the Day At The Docks Flags at the public Shelter Island Boat Launch Ramp and the Shelter Island fishing pier for pick up stops.
Accessible handicapped parking is available on the street near the north end of the parking lot at Harbor Drive.
Getting there is part of the fun!
